When the going gets rough, it’s easy to fall into our emotions and put self-development on the back-burner. But it’s important to acknowledge the way we feel and explore it a bit so that we can better understand the both the cause and the path forward. I’ve always felt like the easiest way to start to understand and break down my own feelings is to read.

Choosing a sales trainer isn’t as simple as a quick Google search for the nearest trainers in your area. It takes a bit of time to make sure that they’re going to be the right fit for your organization. Does their training relate to your industry? Do they share your values and passion? Will they spark endless ‘ah-ha’ moments amongst your team?

The world doesn’t need anymore copies – it needs you, with your wild ideas and intuition guiding you. Don’t pay attention to what everyone else is doing – there’s no formula for great design. Rule breakers and trendsetters are 2 names for the same people, so go on with your creative self and leave the comparison game in the dust.
